Ok after a few emails in response to my blog can I just tell all of you that I am a little shocked that I actually put my weight on here for anyone and everyone to see. I just want to be honest in my progress and in how I really am doing. I think one other thing is seeing or hearing other people say your weight confirms that it is real. Ouch! More tomorrow.
